Yes! The Villa includes two kayaks, two paddleboards, and eight tubes for guest use.
Quantities are not guaranteed: if equipment becomes unusable and cannot be repaired or replaced before your arrival, fewer items may be available.
Please return all equipment to where you found it after each use.
Can we start a river float from the property?
Can I bring a boat and park it at the dock?
Yes! You are welcome to bring a boat and dock it at the property during your stay. A boat ramp is available at KP Hole, approximately two minutes upstream from the house.

Please help us keep the property comfortable, clean, and welcoming:
- Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m. Our homes are in a residential neighborhood, so please bring all outdoor activities indoors during these hours and keep noise low out of respect for our neighbors.
- Turn outdoor lights off at night when they are no longer needed to help reduce bugs.
- Return any kayaks, paddleboards, and tubes you use to where you found them after each use.
- Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. Daytime visitors are not permitted.
- Park only in The Villa’s three designated parking spaces. Parking on the grass is never permitted.
- A maximum of two dogs is allowed. The total pet fee is $150 per stay for one or two dogs. Please pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
- Supervise children and pets closely near the river and dock.
- Report any damage or broken equipment promptly so we can arrange repairs.

What is the Payment & Cancellation Policy?
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations made directly through our website, guests who cancel within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund of all rental payments made, including the 50% deposit. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and becomes non-refundable after that 24-hour period. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
For reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO, payment schedules, cancellation fees, and refund eligibility are governed by the cancellation policy and payment terms shown on the guest’s confirmed Airbnb or VRBO reservation.
Travel insurance premiums purchased through a third-party provider are subject to that provider’s cancellation and refund terms.
