Inside, the home has been thoughtfully renovated to create a fresh, comfortable and welcoming place to return to after a day on the river. With two bedrooms plus a cozy loft with two futons, there’s plenty of room for couples, families or a small group of friends to settle in and feel at home.
What makes The Oasis truly special is the setting. Set on more than two private acres with direct access to one of Florida’s most beautiful spring-fed rivers, you’ll have the space and privacy to slow down, spread out and experience the Rainbow River at your own pace.
For the ultimate river day, grab a tube and float right from the backyard for a peaceful 2½ to 3-hour journey downstream to Blue Run, taking in the crystal-clear water, wildlife and beautiful scenery along the way.
Bring your boat or simply relax on your own private boat dock, making it easy to enjoy even more time on the river.
When you’re ready for a break from the water, challenge the family to a game on your own private, full-size pickleball court, then fire up the grill, enjoy dinner outside and end the evening with s’mores around the firepit under the stars.

One bedroom has a king bed and the second room has a full size bed. The loft has 2 futon sleepers.
Does The Oasis have direct river access?
Yes! You can enjoy the Rainbow River from the private dock, which also has seating for relaxing beside the water.
Are kayaks, paddleboards, tubes and pickleball paddles included?
Yes! The Oasis includes a couple kayaks and paddleboards, five tubes and two sets of pickleball paddles and balls for guest use.
Quantities are not guaranteed: if equipment becomes unusable and cannot be repaired or replaced before your arrival, fewer items may be available.
Can we start a river float from the property?
Yes! You can launch from the property and float downstream to Blue Run of Dunnellon Park. Allow approximately 2 hours, depending on the current and stops along the way. Plan your return transportation before setting off.
Can I bring a boat and park it at the dock?
Yes! You are welcome to bring a boat and dock it at the property during your stay. A boat ramp is available at KP Hole, approximately a 5 minute drive from the house.

Can we prepare meals at the house?
Yes! The kitchen is large and includes cooking essentials, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. An outdoor grill provides another option for preparing meals.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your dog. A pet fee of $150 will be required. Please pick up after your dogs throughout your stay.
Can we have daytime visitors?
Daytime visitors are not permitted. Only the guests included in your reservation may be on the property during your stay.
What are the property rules?
Please help us keep the property comfortable, clean, and welcoming:
- Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m. Our homes are in a residential neighborhood, so please bring all outdoor activities indoors during these hours and keep noise low out of respect for our neighbors.
- Turn outdoor lights off at night when they are no longer needed to help reduce bugs.
- Return any kayaks, paddleboards, and tubes you use to where you found them after each use.
- Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. Daytime visitors are not permitted.
- Supervise children and pets closely near the river and dock.
- Report any damage or broken equipment promptly so we can arrange repairs.

What is the Payment & Cancellation Policy?
For reservations made directly through our website, guests who cancel within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund of all rental payments made, including the 50% deposit. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and becomes non-refundable after that 24-hour period. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
For reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO, payment schedules, cancellation fees, and refund eligibility are governed by the cancellation policy and payment terms shown on the guest’s confirmed Airbnb or VRBO reservation.
Travel insurance premiums purchased through a third-party provider are subject to that provider’s cancellation and refund terms.
