• This is one of Florida’s most pristine rivers → No disposables in/around the water ($50 fine per item by local authorities).
• Events require prior consent – reach out before booking.
• Respect neighbors → follow quiet hours.
• Cleaning is handled, but please avoid leaving food or loose trash outside (protects wildlife & river).
• Dog-friendly → Up to 2 dogs ($150 pet fee) Dogs must be keep kept off the furniture.

With direct river access and 130 feet of river front, you’ll have everything you need for fun-filled days—4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and 12 tubes are included for your adventure. Float downstream or paddle up toward the Rainbow Springs Headwaters.

After a day in the water, gather the whole crew for a cookout on the grill on a large deck overlooking the water with bar and dining table accommodations. Afterwards enjoy the oversized outdoor fireplace, where seating for 14 guests makes it the perfect spot for stories, laughs, and gooey s’mores under the stars. You’ll also find a Jacuzzi and plenty of outdoor lounge areas to kick back and unwind.

This home is thoughtfully designed to provide both togetherness and privacy. Open-concept kitchen, comfortable living room, and beautiful finishes make indoor time just as special. The boathouse offers additional sleeping quarters—a unique and cozy experience just steps from the river.

Please Note: This property features two seperate vacation homes on 1.26 acre lot, each with its own private yard and designated riverfront area. The homes are divided by a privacy hedge for separation. While each home has its own space on land, the Rainbow River itself is a shared natural waterway that may be enjoyed by all guest.
